Join Dean Fee, writer and editor of The Pig’s Back, for a six week short story workshop. Catered towards emerging and intermediate writers, this workshop aims to help participants develop their work through weekly feedback sessions.

Each participant will be required to submit at least one short story (2,000 to 5,000 words) for the group to read and discuss in class. Two pieces will be discussed each week. We will focus on aspects of the work such as voice, character, structure and endings. As well as reading each other’s work, we will also be discussing stories from some of the best fiction writers around the world.

We ask that all participants come to the workshop with an open mind and a willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
