A curated selection of short films selected from a nationwide open call to young filmmakers ages 18 to 30 from the island of Ireland.

ABOUT LASTA

Lasta is a nationwide festival of work for young people. Under the guidance of their individual venues and Network Mentor Maisie Lee, these young people have worked collaboratively to deliver an ambitious programme of shows, events and workshops for young people across the country. Featuring multiple disciplines and reflecting the diversity of modern Ireland, this project offers a unique opportunity to develop our future arts programmers and producers.

LASTA participating venues: Backstage Theatre (Longford), Dunamaise Arts Centre (Portlaoise), glór (Ennis), An Grianán (Letterkenny), Lime Tree Theatre (Limerick), Siamsa Tíre (Tralee), and Town Hall Theatre (Galway).

An Grianán’s Young Curators are Aimee Tourish, Kyle Harvey and Eoghan Roarty.
